Included in Rates:  Private use of Studio B during all booked time, access to  kitchenette with water, coffee, tea and snacks. House Engineer, and house drum kit, keyboard. Access to Studio A lounge. 

EP & LP Sessions include a 1  hour complimentary rehearsal in Studio B Live Room.
